Governor Arnold on Greta right now, is he really that niave? "the Stimulus has done a lot for California"?

I didn't think Schwarzenegger was so left leaning. He is almost cheering Obama's every action, ignoring the illegal immigrant to Greta's direct question. Has he always been this far Left?
