Meat substitutes how awesome are they!!?

I've done this many times. When ever my daughter has friends over and it's dinner time, they always seem to want hotdogs. I make them a veggie dog and they dont know the difference. I also make "chik'n" dishes using Quorn tenders and nobody ever knew it was not chicken.
