Can I get into Howard University?

I have a 88.6 GPA and I am a Junior at an Nationally Ranked High School. I play varsity football, Indoor Track and Lax. I take a few AP courses and will be attending like an early college next year. I was wondering because this marking period I got an 71 in Accounting.
