Ladies..I'm trying to set up a double date with my friend & I. He is disabled.?

I'm wondering what explanation (if any) I need to give to his date (prior to meeting him). His disability is only physical and doesn't confine him to a wheelchair, but it is something visible (somewhat like cerebral palsy). I'm just wanting to avoid him or her feel uncomfortable when they meet.
