What's the best vegetable (nutritionally)?

You should eat a combination of vegetables, not just one sort. Each has its own nutritional benefit, there's not one magic vegetable for everything. For example, green vegetables, such as broccoli, are good sources of minerals like iron and calcium. Beans are a good source of protein. Kelp/kombu is a good source of iodine.
