Rockets fans, who should be our 3rd scorer and who should we have to give up to get him?

Who should we get? i've heard people say we should get Vince Carter or Ron Artest...But who should we trade to get them? I think that Artest wouldnt flow with the chemistry that the Rockets have but VC might because of T-Mac there.
