Nothing stops my sweating! I don't know what to do. Please help!?

I have a HUGE sweating problem. Many people say they sweat a lot so they have to wear black or wear jackets but you can STILL see my sweat in black shirts and I sweat all the way through my jackets.I don't sweat at home very much but if I'm getting ready to go somewhere I instantly start sweating and I'm definetly sweating if I actually am out somewhere. I don't know what to do and my family knows and have got me all the best deoderants but NONE work. So obviously deoderant is not the answer. I'm too young to get botox or surgery so I don't know how else to stop it! Does anybody have any helpful suggestions. It's got to the point where its beyond embarrasing. Please Help!
