Halloween costume, harajuku girl?

I would drop the converse, and maybe wear a different type of sneaker, with opaque tights, or leggings, with knee high striped socks over them, a really frilly skirt simular to a tutu, a really frumpy baggy grandma christmas sweater, with the sleeves of it tucked into your fingerless gloves, maybe the sweater can have slits down the arm or something, or maybe over the shoulder with a neon coloured cami underneath, and a big tacky neon plastic bead necklace.
