Components in an Electric vehicle engine bay?

no radiator,, why would you have a radiator with no engine to cool,?the batteries are likely to be under the car or as low as possible,there is no need for a gearbox as the drive is constant from the electric motor/motors,pumps and reservoir,, for what ???
