Why am I having l pain and irritation during ?

Are you going through alot of stress or fighting with your bf, or have you had any l trauma lately (like having once without enough lube)? That pain could be vaginismus - basically involuntary tensing up of the V muscles to the point that is painful.... kind of like when you see something coming towards your eye and you shut your eye involuntarily... only it happens with your V. Can you put anything in there when you are alone ? (like a tampon, a toy, etc). Go see your dr and ask about this.
