What is the easiest way to tell my husband I want a Divorce?

I have been married for 2+ years to a man that I feel is using me. He won't keep a job, he refuses to contribute to the bills and has a serious jealously problem. He is not abusive at all dont get me wrong he is just vindictive on purpose to hurt me. I feel like his mother than is wife. We dont communicate at all. I want a divorce. Yet, I dont know how to say it. Any easy way suggestions are welcome.
