Marital Strife?

Me and my husband have only been married for a month and a half. We were only together for 3 months prior to getting married. I work a full time job give or take 5 hours. then i come home and clean, cook and take care of our cat. (He works full time in the military) This last weekend he was off for 3 days. There were boxes from some gifts we got sitting in the living room. Since I worked I asked him to take them out. After 3 days he finally did when i bitched at him, he kept giving me excuses like its too dark, i would rather have my truck to do it. (keep in mind there were only 2 boxes and one bag of trash) He never helps, offers to help or does anything nice for me in all aspects. My question is...what should I do? I try to talk but he is a great salesman so he gets around it everytime. I usually get mad at that point and yell.....what is there to do???? I need guidance!!
