Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days - King Mickey & Sora?

Hey guys, I've been playing Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days on the DS and I've beat the game, but for some reason, when I go through the missions in mission mode, I'll finish them, but they won't be marked as "Done". Am I doing something wrong? The reason I'm asking is because I am trying to unlock King Mickey and Sora.
