HORRIBLE salon highlight job HELP?

starting last spring: I had dirty blonde hair, then bleached some highlights in. Bleached more highlights when the roots came in. Didn't know how to go about maintaining all the highlights, so tried a demipermanent red. Liked it, but it faded fast. Used a medium brown demipermanent twice more. Decided to go back to blonde, tried to fade out the demipermanent, but it seemed stuck in. Went to a salon yesterday! Was told my hair was fine and delicate and shouldn't be bleached all at once. So the **** put about 50 blond foils in my hair, and left them in for TWO HOURS for the bottom and an hour for the top hair due to negligence and stupidity on her part. She washed out the foils, freaked, started RIPPING handfuls of hair out with a brush, revealed my hair to be a horrid mix of white/bright yellow/ and my faded brownish red. It CANNOT stay this way. I'm faking sick til the weekend! I'm deep conditioning it, not washing it, and wondering what to do. Can I just put in a demipermanent color?
