Can someone diagnose me - worst sore throat ever?

Hi, please help. I am a college student, healthy, but woke up 3 days ago with a sore throat. I ume that was because of drinking the night before, then sleeping with my mouth open without drinking water, causing mucus and pain to build up.. Now to my question... Ever since it has been getting worst, yesterday was the worst day of my life... but today has not been any better.. Some of my symptoms are; sore throat (worst one I have ever had) which is more painful than anything I have ever encountered, including broncitis. I have headaches, my ears hurt, my glands are swollen to the size of golf on both sides of my neck, my whole body aches, from head to toe, turns into extreme pain every so often. I have a fever around 101 F give or take a degree. I get horribly bad chills and sweats. I dont have an appetite, I cant even eat or drink anything. It makes it hurt more when I try to drink water or tea. I can barely swallow my sylavia, which makes me continuely drool it out in the sink during the day or on my pillow when I sleep. I feel like to throw up, but I never do that, and CANT IMAGINE HOW BAD THAT WOULD HURT THE WAY MY THROAT FEELS!!! Also, about 6 hours ago I noticed my uvula had white stuff on it. My uvula is very swollen and has been, but the white stuff is new. The back of my throat has white stuff on it to, with bad mucus that wont come up. My toungue is also whiteish/fuzzy. I have NO cough and NO runny/stuffed nose... Please help diagnose me!! Oh, and I went to my school health center, and they said I was negative on strep throat, and they took two viles of blood but yet to call back with results. I am calling my doctor from my home town tomorrow to ask too. I can barely wait to hear results because this is the worst pain and suffering I have ever undergoed. Whenever I swallow my spit I like hold my throat and close my eyes because the pain is so severe... I have been taking tylenol, am and pm. Ipbrupen 800mg every 4 hours. Nyquil, cough drops, cough syrup, mucinx and I think thats it... Please help, this is the worst sore throat I have ever had. :(
